IV. Implement humanized leadership, respect individual differences, strengthen communication and coordination, create a harmonious atmosphere and encourage teamwork: The administrative director actively participates in the teaching and research meetings of different subjects, and holds meetings to coordinate disputes to fully communicate, coordinate as well as build consensus.

X. Distinguished academic performance: The results of the college admission Star Plan rank first in Hsinchu County and City for 15 consecutive years; in 2022, 95 students were admitted to college through Star Plan.
XI. Excellent national competition results: Students participated in county-level wind music, Chinese music, basketball, art, science exhibitions, language competitions, etc., and won the first place many times, representing Hsinchu County in national competitions.
