Kainan High School, which was founded in the sixth year of the Republic of China, is located in the most prosperous core area of Taipei City- Zhongzheng Special Zone. Kainan's students are fortunate enough to study in this culturally prosperous capital special zone, so they can cultivate an extraordinary humanity.
"The cradle of the giants in Taiwan's industrial and commercial community"- Kainan Vocational High School keeps pace with Taiwan's modernization for nearly a century. The outstanding talents of industrial and commercial industry cultivated by Kainan have also participated in various major economic constructions in Taiwan. Therefore, Kainan Vocational High School can be said to be in step with Taiwan's nearly 100 years of modernization.
Kainan is a technical and vocational school for business professionals. Since its establishment, countless talents have been cultivated for the country. The alumni who have graduated in the past have also performed well in the political and economic fields. Therefore, hundred years of modernization in Taiwan can be said to be closely connected to Kainan High School, and Kainan had contributed greatly to the take-off and growth of Taiwan’s economy.

School Features and Highlights:

I. First in Facilities: Comprehensive facilities
The school is the test site for eight different types of Level-C Technician
certificates and holds exhibition spaces for award-winning works by
students. Facilities include the computer lab building, teaching and
professional training facilities, robotic arm automation program control
equipment, advanced training kitchen for Chinese and Western cuisine,
a training cafe (Xindin 40 Café---Kainan Cafe), a training workshop for
automobile and heavy machinery, simulator for motor scooter and
automobile driving training, etc. All classrooms are equipped with the
latest computer teaching and projection facilities.

II. First in Technical Training: Strengthen the teaching of technical skills
The teaching facilities are well-equipped, with emphasis on technical
certification and "professional production" courses at all levels. We have
been awarded the first prize in the National Primary and Secondary
School Science Exhibition and the National Student Art Exhibition many
times.


III. First in Competitions:
Outstanding performance in internal and external competitions

IV. First in Teaching: focus on college counseling and career
skill proficiency
We strengthen academic counseling to guide students to make good use of
time and create a good culture of study, and to strengthen students' career
skills through industry-academia cooperation!

V. First in Reading: Cultivating temperament and cultural
breadth
We emphasize the development of students' life style and plan arts and public
welfare activities so that students can learn and grow through these activities
and enhance their humanistic qualities. Our students have won the first place in
the "National English Vocabulary Contest", the "English Drama Contest for
Taipei Vocational High School Students" and the "English Singing Contest for
Taipei Vocational High School Students", and have been awarded by the
Education Bureau for outstanding performance.

VI. First in Activities: Emphasis on Diversity Learning
We actively promote sports activities and off-campus hiking to encourage
diversified learning (our basketball, cheerleading, judo, dragon boat teams and
marching band are all student clubs with decades of heritage in excellence).
