1. Established on August 1, 1969--Tapu Branch of Taipei County Three Gorges National High School.
2. On August 1, 2003, it was approved to establish an independent school. The school's name is "Taipei County Li Ming De Min Middle School", and the first principal is Mr. Huang Junshu.
3. In December 1974, the Education Department of the Taiwan Provincial Government approved the establishment of "Schools in Suburbs", opening up school districts, and enrolling students from counties and cities for the first time in 1976.
4. On August 1, 1984, it was transformed into a complete middle school, and the school name was "Taipei County Mingde Middle School."
5. On August 1, 1988, it was renamed Senior High School, and the school name was "Taipei County Mingde Senior High School".
6. On December 25, 1999, Taipei County was restructured into New Taipei City, and the school was named "New Taipei City Li Mingde Senior High School."
