Taitung County Dulan Junior High School was founded in 1968, located in the northern of Taitung County.Facing the Pacific Ocean on the east,the Dulan Mountains are on the west.The school building combined the idea of humanitiesand environmental symbiosis to the greenbuilding. The school was founded when the government implemented the nine-year state education in 1949. The inspector Xiao Daxiong was in charge of preparations. It was actively supported by the Donghe Township Office and the foundation was laid by local gentry donating land.
