This project, executed by the International Graduate Program of Education and  Human Development at National Sun Yat-sen University, aims to promote  internationalization in primary and secondary schools. The project encompasses two  main aspects: School Internationalization Enhancement Program and International  Education Quality Management and Database Development Program.

Led by Professor Hsueh-Hua Chuang from National Sun Yat-sen University, in  collaboration with Associate Professor Chia-wei Tang from National Chengchi  University and Principal Hsiang-yin Lin from Kaohsiung Chung-shan Senior High  School, the project focuses on establishing six key dimensions of school  internationalization. These dimensions include internationalization goals and  characteristics, campus internationalization, human resource internationalization,  administrative internationalization, curriculum internationalization, and international  partnerships.

The project's distinctive feature lies in its comprehensive approach to establishing a  school internationalization promotion system. This includes developing physical  infrastructure, enhancing teacher professional development, establishing mentoring  mechanisms, strengthening quality management, and promoting inter-school  cooperation. Through resource development and talent training in school  internationalization, the project assists schools at all levels in building robust  international environments.

By implementing these systematic approaches, the project aims to establish a long term and sustainable foundation for the internationalization development of Taiwan's  primary and secondary schools, ensuring continuous growth and improvement in the  international education landscape.
